REFUND POLICY

Refunds

  • All ticket purchases are non-refundable once confirmed, except in cases where the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

  • If an event is cancelled, the full ticket amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund within 72 hours of the announcement.

No-Show Policy

  • Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged if you miss the event for personal reasons.

Transfer Policy

  • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly mentioned on the event details page.

  • If you are charged but do not receive a ticket confirmation, please contact us within 24 hours at support@tickettower.in with your transaction details.
