REFUND POLICY
Refunds

All ticket purchases are non-refundable once confirmed, except in cases where the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

If an event is cancelled, the full ticket amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund within 72 hours of the announcement.
No-Show Policy

Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged if you miss the event for personal reasons.
Transfer Policy

Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly mentioned on the event details page.

If you are charged but do not receive a ticket confirmation, please contact us within 24 hours at support@tickettower.in with your transaction details.
